Holiday home located near the village of Los Romanes, in La Viñuela, in the province of Malaga, precisely on top of Cerro Cantoblanco mountain.
While building this house, special care for details has been taken into consideration, which can be seen in the terracotta floors, wooden beams, wooden doors and windows, wrought iron railings and solid ceramic tiles that characterise the whole house. These materials provide a rustic ambience, which blends perfectly with the natural environment that envelops the holiday home.
The spacious house is distributed on two floors. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen and living room with fireplace and two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed where two people can sleep. Upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms with two single beds each, and another bathroom with a bathtub.
The house is equipped with a microwave, fridge freezer, electric radiators, satellite TV and internet connection.
Outside the holiday home, you can enjoy the fabulous private pool, prepare the barbecue on the terrace and enjoy a wonderful evening with your family. All of this, you can do while delighting with the beautiful views of the Lake Viñuela, the Sierras Natural Park Tejeda, Almijara and Alhama and several white villages, spread on the surrounding hills. Inside the plot, there is a private parking lot.
The access to the house is fully asphalted, except for the last 500 meters that are unpaved.

Summary: La vue est splendide, la maison est très fonctionnelle avec tous les équipements nécessaire. Le propriétaire très réactif et à disposition pour tous renseignements ou aide. La piscine est sans vis à vie mais il n'y a pas portail à l'entrée de la maison. Une réconciliation avec le calme et la nature loin du bruit et de tous les désagrément du centre ville. Je recommande cette villa

Summary: Nice authentic house in beautifull location. peacefull and quiet. Very clean. The owner is very friendly and respects privacy. The access is sightly more difficult with a small car. Because of the location a bigger car is recommended. Amazing views !

Summary: Maison très sympathique et très bien située au terme d'un chemin qui vous y conduira à travers une oliveraie ( voitures trop basses à proscrire... Ferraristes restez sur la côtes ! ) Le cadre est enchanteur et vous dominerez le lac de la Vinuela et les champs cultivés des monts de la Axarquia. Accueil efficace et cordial.
