Summary: At first glance was satisfied with our room. Until we quickly discovered a mouse running around it. The most unfortunate aspect was no one offered to move our room. All they were going to do was set an electronic trap to try to catch it- while we were expected to stay and sleep in the room. I understand the hotel is next to fields and this may happen, but I don't think we should be expected to room with the mouse. Adding to the unfortunateness of the situation was maintainence bemoaned the fact that they could not use traditional style traps because guests did not want to look at a mouse carcass. We had to actively ask for another room, and upon seeing a second mouse in the hallway, had to force the issue to stay in another building. Other than the mouse issue, room was fine (albeit a bit hot with no a/c). Wi-fi terrible but it is Yellowstone so not too unexpected. Overall, rooms are very pricey for what you get, but location inside the park is awesome. Staff are friendly but very slow service if you need anything.

Summary: We were put in a dirty room and had to switch rooms because we were told our room was never cleaned properly by staff. We were not credited or discounted anything.

Summary: Decided to stay in yellowstone park, got a cabin, 400.00 a night, no amenities at all, no tv/fridge/microwave or wifi, just extremley disappointed, the money you pay to stay and its subpar- the cabin could be updated. If you want to waste money thats your choice. I would NEVER recommend this place, I guess I should of checked into the amenities before we booked. I thought the basics would be included, they are not. I will never stay inside the park again, most of the places to stay in the park have little to no amenities. I stayed outside the park at several other places that were much cheaper and had amenities that were nice. Do you homework before booking, I wish I would have I would of saved money and at least had a tv/wifi for my family.

Summary: The location is perfect right in the middle of Yellowstone, and it is nice to have a grocery store and multiple restaurants right in the complex, which are hard to come by inside of the park. However, our second night there we heard crinkling and scratching sounds in our food bags overnight while we were in bed, and the next day we realized that a mouse had chewed through 4 bags of food! We told the front desk and they put two mouse traps in our room. The next night about 1am we heard a loud snapping sound and then a bunch of flopping sounds. Suffice it to say our family had a hard time sleeping that night! The next morning we found a giant mouse in the trap about 10 feet away from where the trap had been set, as it flopped and thrashed around in our room after the trap sprung. The front desk was apologetic, but gave us the run around about compensating us for this and said we had to deal with Expedia directly but no one could get us the right number to call. If it hadn't been for the mouse I would probably have given it 5 stars, but that was just too much to get over.

Summary: Me and my family stayed in a cabin for 2 nights. Bugs and mosquitoes were expected but just in case please be prepared. There was a small area with food, a supermarket, and a visitor center. The food was very decent, the supermarket was your average supermarket, and the visitor center was a visitor center. It was about a 10-15 minute walk from our cabin which was quite convenient. There was nothing great about the cabins that truly stood out to me other than the goals on wanting to save the ecosystem. All things considered, the cabins were nothing above or below expectations, the same with everything else.

Summary: Way overpriced for a below average hotel- almost $500/night. Poor, slow unfriendly service. No TV, no AC and spotty wifi. Terrible quality food at food court. Requested towels and blankets twice and never got any. We could hear everyone loudly walking around above us. The redeeming quality was a nice shower.

Summary: I didn’t realize it was a series of lodges. We liked the location and amenities and amount of parking. The fridge made weird noises throughout the night. Small coffee pot in room. No garbage bags though
