Summary: Nelson, the property owner, was very service minded and nice. The apartment was spotless and only 10 minutes walking distance from the very long and beautiful beach.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in Caparica Beach House. It was very spacious and clean. The rooms were nicely decorated and felt very at home. It was in a perfect position with a 10 minute walk to the beach and close to the shops It was a pleasure to stay there. Nelson, the owner, was really helpful. He gave us details on the local amenities and transport and was contactable during our whole stay. Would definately stay there again if we ever return

Summary: Clean apartment, well-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, suitable for children all ages, good quality wi-fi, cable TV, 3 balconies. Landlord (Nelson) is extremely friendly and helpful, speaks excellent English. Perfect location. Free car parking on the street.
