Summary: We - 2 families - stayed in the house for a week. The owners took very well care of us, provided us with information about what to do and where to go. The house is beautiful, full of history and in the lovely bedrooms you feel like a prince or princess :-) Thank you for a phantastic stay and the warm welcome! From Stone House you can reach many places to view and activities to do. As the weather was so nice, we also spent time at the beach which is only 5min away. Still there are things to do - so we may well come back!

Summary: Built in 1860, one of only 2 stone houses with the character of old Scotland in Cape Breton. Located in a village on the sea with very good restaurants and with grocery supplies within walking distance. Magnificent beaches both within walking distance and world class golf within 1/2 hours. The owner was most helpful in getting us settled and comfortable and was always available when needed,
