The space
Newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1949 Cape Cod just 1 block to Pembroke Creek, Historic Westover General Store, and Old Colony Smokehouse. 1 mile to downtown Edenton . The kitchen has all you need to prepare your meals. Granite countertops and stainless steel deep sink. Newer Kitchenaid appliances and Front load wash dryer for your use. Remodeled master bath features a walk in shower with glass doors, granite counter and ceramic tile floors. The new hall bath has a tub/shower combo, larger vanity and ceramic tile floors. Both bathrooms have LED bluetooth mirrors so you can listen to you favorite music with surround sound while you shower.
Screen porch and deck make relaxing easy. Charcoal grill is available for your use.
Parking is a carport with an additional space next to it.
No smoking of any kind in the house.
Guest access the whole home and unfenced yard

Summary: The house is quite comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Hosted a small family get-together on the first night outdoors on the patio. Loved the large table and the many seating options on the patio. Melody, the host is very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: This house was perfect for the family members with small children. The kiddos loved all the toys and enjoyed using them. I wish the house was walkable to downtown where the reunion action was but it was more important to accommodate the little ones. We will use this location again!

Summary: Older house (being renovated) w/ a ton of character. Prob the most comfortable bed I've slept on outside of my own house. We enjoyed sitting on the screened porch at night and for morning coffee. A short drive from downtown Edenton (~ 5 min) and an even shorter drive from Old Colony Smokehouse (a must-do) if you time your trip right.
