Summary: I just want to start off saying that this stay was awesome the house was so clean( mirror broke before we got here and they had it taken care of). Never have I had an owner be so nice and actually get back to you at a decent time. All she cared about was making sure we was happy and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. 100% recommend to anyone staying in Cape Coral.

Summary: Our family had a great time at this home. It is very nicely laid out, modern, and clean. The pool and Patio are great! We have been traveling to Cape Coral for years and like the area. This house is a little more to the North side of town, so its a bit of a longer drive to the more populated areas to the south and east. Our only gripe might have been not enough bath towels for a 4 bedroom house. We picked some up at the local Sam's club for our use. I wouldn't let that deter you from renting here. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thanks for the great time!!

Summary: The house has modern updates from the great tile all the way to the appliances. The neighborhood is very quiet and there were two bikes to go for rides on as well. About an hour drive if you leave early enough to both Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. If you want to avoid the toll bridges come in from the north end otherwise if you rent a car, opt for the toll pass to be included. With 10-15 minutes of grocery stores and restaurants which is ideal for making use of the kitchen or dining out

Summary: This home is beautiful. Communication with the owners was fabulous. We were not quite following proper instructions when we first got to the unit and we were having trouble with the lock to gain entrance into the home. Totally our fault, but the owner responded immediately and we were able to gain entry without any problem. Also, we arrived more than three hours early and we were able to check in at that time. Similarly, our plane did not leave until after 8 o’clock that evening and we were able to stay an additional few hours at the home prior to leaving for the airport which was so gracious and appreciated. The only recommendation we would have for the owners would be some additional bedding and blankets and maybe a few additional towels. The home is situated approximately one hour from most beaches making it very easy to visit multiple places during our stay. The home has everything you need and the pool was the most beautiful/cleanest pool we have ever experienced. This thermostat to the home is one we were not familiar with and once again the owner responded immediately when we inquired about how to turn the air conditioning down. The pool and the home was exceptionally clean upon our arrival. It seems as if it’s possible one of the garbage cans in the garage was not emptied prior to our arrival but the owner immediately responded and even sent a new garbage can over from Home Depot. Furniture was beautiful and the home was very cozy and updated. Everything looks brand new and was functioning in a proper manner. There are some puzzles, card games, pool Floaties available for use which was nice for those times when we stayed in. Also the pool table/ping-pong table/air hockey table was a blast! What a nice extra. Could not have asked for a better stay. Hope to be back! -The Borthwick Family
