Positive: A great house for families with older children. It has a fantastic game room with air hockey and arcade games. The hot tub was clean and hot, and the beach is literally across the sandy street.
Negative: Three of the 4 DVD players were broken. The front window in the living room has a major leak, as well as the upstairs sink. The BBQ's temperature control is broken and is extremely hot, it charred our ribs in 5 minutes.
Summary: Great for kids, but needs a lot of updates.

Positive: Perfect location. Loved the kids area and hot tub for our group. Upper deck is lovely.
Negative: I really expected the place to be cleaner - even if it wasn’t a “Covid cleaning”. Everything was SO dusty: huge cobwebs, dirty ceilings and vents, and dirty air blowing from vents. Garbage left on floor. We were all sneezing due to the dust. Kitchen could be better stocked and cleaned as well. There were numerous t.v.s, but the remotes were all mixed up throughout the house (not in correct locations). No ability to watch a movie in the kids/game room. We spent too much time trying to figure out. We did get a call back from property manager, who was willing to come by, about the time we figured it out. We also had trouble getting all the lights to turn on.
Summary: Loved the location. We would have appreciated a cleaner home, and one with a garage. But overall, it
