Summary: Overall, my stay was lovely but there are a few things that could be improved so it can feel more like a 5star hotel. 1. Cleaning of the rooms could be improved especially in the bathroom. 2. Some of the amenities need an update such as the gym and ensure that the AC works. The gym was stuffy and there was not air flowing. We shared the feedback with the lobby but still. 3. Some of the roofs by the tram seem to have mold. 4. The gardens around the property didnt seem to be taken care of. General maintenance to compete with the nearby hotels.

Summary: The hotel accommodated all of our requests and upgraded our room because my mom in a poor health and couldn’t walk the stairs, it was greatly appreciated! Nice stuff and service was on point. We will definitely come back to this hotel.
