Cape View Villa has stunning sea views to Cape Kidnappers, Napier, and across to Mahia. The beach and Hawke's Bay Cycle Trail are right across the road. Further along Clifton Road are Elephant Hill Winery, Clearview Winery, and Te Awanga Estate Winery for wine tasting, platters, and meals.
The villa has recently been renovated throughout and has a new kitchen and ensuite bathroom. The huge deck with BBQ and outdoor furniture gets all day sun, as does the house - winter and summer - which makes for a cozy, warm house. There is free WiFi, mobile coverage, landline phone, SKY TV, DVD player, blue tooth stereo with smart phone dock, heat pump, electric blankets, bathrobes, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. A large rumpus room with a TV and DVD player There is also a large, fully fenced backyard with outdoor toys and games.
This house is well set up for two families holidaying together, a group of friends, a girls get-away break, and a boys golfing trip. It is also a great place for out-of-town workers.

Summary: We have stayed here before and when looking for accommodation this time this place stood out as the best of all we looked at.Across the road from the ocean, there is a great view from upstairs where the kitchen, lounge, 2 bedrooms and bath room are. Downstairs are several more bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms.The house is only 10 to 15 mins from Hastings, Havelock North and 25mins from Napier.If we come to this area again I won't even bother to look at what else is available.

Summary: Lovely house, well equipped, very comfortable, great views. My only disappointment was the state of the deck area, it hadn’t been cleaned or swept for a while.

Summary: The set up was perfect for my family with a teenage boy, 2 teenage girls and parents. Awesome view.Everyone had their own space. Bonus was the coffee cart, 4 Square and bar that served great hamburgers two steps away.Plenty of bike tracks and walking tracks.Highly recommend this place

Summary: We planned a weekend away for 7 people and it was the perfect spot for everyone to have their own beds. We ended up with only 6 and the host was very friendly and open to refunding the additional person cost for them. Property is great, unfortunately we didn't have the best of weather but it didn't dampen the 80th birthday celebrations we were there for. Upstairs was FABULOUS and perfect for what we needed and the bathroom downstairs is great (I think we all ended up using that!) on small thing is that the rumpus room was a little musty and contained a few spiders and was a little dark, so my kids weren't overly impressed but the rest of the house really did make up for it! Would love to stay there with some nice summer weather next time. Highly recommend!!!

Summary: Property was way better than expected. Lovely views, great deck and good amount of space for 8 people staying. Just a little odd to get asked to check out early... especially when we were up there for a concert the night before. Upstairs shower was a bit tiny so a squeeze for 6ft adults but there were other showers to use. Would definitely recommend as a great place for families to stay. Handy to wineries and Havelock North.

Summary: Lots of space and nice big table for evening games. Nice elevated living area with doors that open out. Garden large with room to play away from road. Recommended for a HB visit for a group.
