Negative: All drinking glasses were plastic. Would have been great to choose plastic for by the pool but drink out of glass other times. For a house that sleeps 11, only 2 x 2 seater couches. No bean bags or other chairs to sit on in the lounge room. Bins were full from previous guests when we arrived. Pool control panel was faulty and unreadable. Pool was fine to use as this heated automatically but we were unable to use the spa as the control panel was needed to turn the spa on. Host was messaged on day 1 of stay and no help was given after repeated messages and phone calls over the next 24hrs. Still no response to message sent 3 days ago
Summary: A nice clean house with a great backyard. Unhelpful hosts and overpriced.

Positive: The property inside was well appointed and everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Negative: The chais in the front deck were old and broken. The back lawns were long and unkept and it took 3 days to have them mowed. The pool and spa were dirty and I had to wait two days to have it cleaned which was half my stay.

Positive: Nicely set up property with two rooms on either side of the living area. Kitchen was well equiped and had everything needed. Close to shops and the esplanade and easy drives to main attractions.
Negative: Main aircon was only blowing cold air so could not heat the home at night. Also there was a chair damaged on the seat area at the dining table when we arrived and did not bothered about it until a few days after we got home they sent a claim for damages. Check everything before you bring your bags in and take photos.
