Positive: Superb location (less than one minute to walk to the Hisaronu strip!) Very clean Superb entry and exit handover - seamless, easy and flexible Responsive manager (we reported an issue on whatsapp and it was responded to and resolved straight away!) Comfy beds; seating areas; lots of bathrooms / toilets Very well kept pool and gardens (Tended to daily by very discrete pool maintenance) Great wi-fi and air con The property felt very secure - had full electric shutters throughout the property, securing all windows and doors when we were out

Negative: There was an issue with the water on the main street and this caused the water at the villa to go off a couple of days. (Not the fault of Capella Villas - was just one of those things!) The pool steps were quite 'steep' / 'deep' and there was no handrail - this made it more difficult than it should be to get in and out of the pool

Summary: Fantastic location, Fantastic Villa, Fantastic Villa Management - Would definitely book again!!

Negative: it is not well setup for out of season. Unfortunately there were a few issues with the underfloor heating and air cons that did not work. Other than that it was a very nice villa.

Negative: Pool exceptionally cold, no hand rail to enter the pool and cleaned(netted) once . No bin liners provided No dish cloth tea towels provided No pool towels provided Request a cot and it was hidden under a bed , not what you need at a 2 am arrival with a tired baby!

Positive: Absolutely stunning villas (we had 2 due to large family group). Large rooms, clean, gorgeous pool and walking distance to town for shops, bars and restaurants. The restaurants in olu deniz were better quality, we thought which was only a 5 min cab or dolmus away. The only thing if I had to really search for a negative is the ‘My Way’ bar which was a stone throw away did have some very loud live bands quite late into the night but other than that, an exceptional villa in a convenient location. Huge thanks to Demet who was fantastic and arranged a late check out which was a god send with children for us !

Positive: - Greeted by nice host - Clean upon arrival - Everything for a large family - Wifi was really good

Negative: - Horrendous smell in 3rd floor bathroom in Villa Vega, made room unusable!!!!! Even tho someone came out to "fix it" they opened a window but it was still absolutely disgusting. - Music from nightclubs on until 2am. I slept with noise cancelling headphones on to be able to sleep. Not acceptable for young families, then morning prayer is at 5am which echoes throughout entire house - Hotel Ozturk owner told my children to shut up repeatedly, swearing at them, threatened to break into our villa and declared "war" as he didn't want our children to use the pool. Had to call villa owner to ensure the safety of our children - Due to a booking error on booking.com behalf we had to move villas after 4 days to Villa Sira. No help offered and cleaning staff were rude taking our stuff out and received no help to move with 4 children, even tho we were told help would be given - the new villa had cigarette holes in the sofa, light was broke, Mark's all over the walls and generally quite worn. Not what we expected for a £3126 holiday - Pool is 1.4m deep, no shallow end, again not able to let smaller children get in pool without an adult. - The whole town lost power twice in 10 days for over 5 hours each time. We were told we were leaving at 12, via WhatsApp was questioned why I left to feed children (no electricity) when we were moving we then moved 5 hours after the time we were told so lost an entire day, no apologises were offered and I had to keep texting to find out what was happening

Positive: Very close to all of Hisaronu shops and bars - no taxis required. Electric shutters on all windows - very secure Property managers were very obliging and were quick to answer any queries. They also arranged transport for 6 of us to and from DLM Would definitely return
