Summary: We had a really good week at this unusual property with quirky art, bright, well-laid out and spacious. A party of 6 (2 adults and 4 children) the house was spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable. Perfect location for visiting Lake Como, Bellaggio, Milan and surrounding area. A short drive to Lake Lugano in Switzerland highly recommended for perfect lake swimming, we went here several times as it was the children's favourite place. Large private garden with lots of space for children to play. They especially enjoyed watering the vegetable garden and picking tomatoes! Uninterrupted views of open fields with the backdrop of the mountains was wonderful in the early morning and late evening, the shade of the canopy was welcome from the sun and occasional rain showers. Plenty of local shops and supermarkets in a short drive. Access to the house from the main road is uneven with loose stones but not a problem at all if driven slowly. Would recommend.

Summary: We spent a wonderful week in this house which is so beautiful, charming, intersting and comfortable. In every room you feel the spirit of the owner who is an artist with a great love to create a welcoming surrounding. The garden is really wonderful. We spend most of the time on the big veranda, even if it rained, had our meals outside at the huge table. The only problem is the "street" which leads to the house, but you'll manage it if you take your time.
