Positive: The facilities, gym, sauna, swimming pool etc

Negative: Most hotels have no heating and the rooms can be very cold at night even for European. I fell unwell in one of the so called 5 star hotels in Addis because the water was cold and room was very cold at nights. A friend then recommended Capital hotel. Booking.com should check or include hotel heating facilities, this is missing from Booking criteria.

Positive: Review for Capital Hotel: The staff at Capital Hotel are extremely friendly and welcoming. They are wonderful hosts and go above and beyond to help guests, especially the team at the main reception — very approachable and always ready to assist. The spa and gym area are also excellent, with kind and supportive staff who make the experience even better. Overall, a very warm and helpful team that truly makes you feel at home.
