Summary: ALL STAFF WERE VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. WHEN I WAS IN KNEE PAIN, THEY WERE SO GOOD TO HELP ME TO MY ROOM, BRING MY BREAKFAST TO MY ROOM, A WHEELCHAIR AND TRANSPORT TO MY DOCTOR. GREAT JOB!!

Summary: Overrated property I checked in got in the room TV was not working. I called the front desk about it. They didn’t fix it for two days and the air conditioner did not work in the room.

Summary: This was my first time staying at this hotel, which I chose somewhat by chance as it was the first option available during my online booking. I later noticed that it had garnered positive feedback from many other customers, which reassured me about my choice. The quality-to-cost ratio was reasonable, and, as is often the case in Addis Ababa, the staff were friendly, approachable, and always ready to assist. While I appreciated my overall experience, I felt that the room facilities did not quite meet the expectations set by the hotel's advertised 5-star rating. There is room for improvement in this regard to better align with the standards typically associated with such a rating.

Summary: Staff amazing. Gym, pool, hair salon all very good. Unfortunately the hotel building is in need of updating it has everything you want but its old and feels neglected.

Summary: The hotel is on a busy road and not particularly well laid out but any short comings are made up by the very friendly staff particularly Selamawit Minase and her colleague Sisay who were a credit to the hotel.
