Summary: Very friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent location with links to the city centre.

Summary: The hotel was in a quiet part of the city. There were mini-supermarkets nearby and the pool was a bit touch, even though it was still cold in May. The breakfast was great, even though it was served later than usual and the cook bent over backwards to make sure that she made us something we'd enjoy. The only thing I'd warn you about is the fact that there are a lot of steps leading from the street to the hotel and no lift, so if you're disabled, as I am, you'd struggle. But the hotel staff, again, did their best to help us with this and I can't fault them for this.

Summary: Overall, my experience was very positive. The staff were professional and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. Although the Wi-Fi connection was occasionally slow, it did not significantly affect my stay. The hotel’s location is very convenient, close to many shops and transportation options. This was my first visit to Armenia, and I was truly impressed by the excellent service and warm hospitality at the hotel. I would be happy to stay here again in the future. Thank you for your outstanding service.

Summary: Excellent property! Very clean and convenient. Location is nice, just 10 minutes from the center of the city. The pool is very nice. Also hotel staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Summary: The staff members were really friendly and helpful, specially Ms Armine and Mr Erjo. The hotel was cozy and clean and the room had nice view. The neighbourhood was really nice and beautiful i liked it.
