Summary: It was your normal hotel room. The bed was a bit hard. Looks clean. Could’ve had an extra set of towels. Was nice and quiet. Overall it was good for him just to stop over place.

Summary: This was a older motel but very, very clean. Beds were comfortable. There was a restaurant in the same parking lot which made it is to get breakfast in the morning and the food and service was great. The price was much lower than anything else around. We would book again. Safe area too

Summary: I have stayed here several times. I love the old-fashioned feel. If I could give the room an extra-amazing rating for cleanliness. It has the feel of a family business that people take pride in & go several steps beyond--I'm not kidding, don't ask me why I noticed, but even the pipes under the sink were dust-free! It is on a main road that is in the middle of shopping & restaurants, but with grassy, wooded areas that you can view from the windows, it has a peaceful feel.

Summary: Nice room; served my purposes for one night just fine. Surprisingly quiet. Excellent high-speed internet. Very nice swimming pool. Felt totally safe. Room felt very clean. Two windows in the room opened to the outside to get some fresh air and a little breeze. The A/C unit worked fine; it was just a little loud for my taste. I would stay here again.

Summary: When we arrived and checked in, we thought the building looked pretty plain from the outside. But when we got into our room we were very impressed. The room was very, very clean and well-maintained, was nicely decorated, and had a big window facing some Woods. I found it relaxing just sitting at the table looking out the window! The owner/manager was very helpful with any requests we made. The location of this Motel was great! It was a short distance into Grand Rapids, a 30 to 45 minute drive to the Lake Michigan beaches, and about an hour drive to the Loda Lake Wildflower Sanctuary. I would recommend this Motel and I would stay here again!

Summary: This is a quaint out of the way motel With adjacent restaurant which has a following of its own. The rooms are no frills rooms with just what you need for a comfortable overnight stay and the thing that struck me when I first walked in was how well kept and clean this space was. You could tell that the caretakers really take there time and look after this old place. That they have made updates over the years and tastefully made updates along the way to keep up with our ever changing times with one foot firmly planted in functionality. I was thinking this is the cleanest hotel room I have been in in at least 14 months and I have been in most of them in the greater grand rapids area and surrounding towns and citys. If more motels/hotels were run the way these people run there operation. The world would be a much better place. O crule wind and the rain..
