Positive: Strange that we had to go hunting in closets for towels and washcloths. Never did find any dish towels. There was a lack of cooking utensils, so therefore we did not cook as we had planned. There wasn’t even a single knife other than dinner knives.
Negative: Basic items were missing. Thought there should have been facial tissues available in the bathrooms. Again, didn’t feel we should have to go searching closets to find towels and wash clothes.
Summary: It was fine. We enjoyed the company of our friends.

Positive: Location was wonderful. Lots of space, beds were incredibly comfortable! Clean, and owner was very responsive. The roof top terrace was a wonderful for dining, enjoying the view, and just a very nice amenity.
Negative: Renter Beware! Taxes and fees will add almost 50% to your total price! A very unwelcome surprise, but we went ahead and booked for the location. If you're OK with adding this much to your total, it is a wonderful place to stay.
Summary: Great place and location, but beware taxes and fees!

Positive: Great location. Clean, well-appointed property.
Negative: As this property was offered through Vacasa, there were several issues with the check-in process. The registration link in the email didn't work. The property did not send me the door pad code before check-in. Even the link they sent me to review the property didn't work. Also, the heaters in the unit would not turn on. I complained to the manager, they said they would follow up with me, and then I heard nothing. I will not book another property if it's managed by Vacasa.

Positive: The apartment is in a great location in Capitol Hill, it was easy to walk around and check out the sites we wanted to in our visit. The place was clean and comfortable, with a unique multi-level setup. It was perfect for the 4 of us, with a communal living room and kitchen area (fully stocked with some free treats), and two spacious bedrooms for added privacy. Parking wasn't an issue for us, we seemed to have been lucky with free overnight parking (and then 2 hours during the day), which worked out because we used the car throughout the day. The rooftop view is amazing! Even in the rain it was gorgeous. Highly recommend!
Negative: I really can't say anything negative about the place. There are a lot of stairs with no accessibility options, so take that into consideration, as the place is multi-leveled. The place was perfect for us.
Summary: Comfortable apartment with great vista.
