Summary: Staff was accommodating for our late arrival. Room was mostly clean however the coffee pot was not clean and no filters for it as well as the only cups available were cold Pepsi waxy cups you shouldn't use for hot drinks. I had to go ask for clean towels the 2nd day and where there's a sign saying ice machine there wasn't one there you need to get it from the corner store that's also ran by the same people. When we went to get ice we were accommodated but told that you're supposed to get it before 10:00 but that's not posted anywhere.

Summary: NO POOL. Decent room. Clean. But it is very low standard for $140 a night (after fees). we rented this room for the pool they emphasize in every ad on every travel website but the pool was closed. The cashier gaslit me and said the closure was on their website and it was not; I checked everywhere. Take the photo of the pool as your main photo down!!!

Summary: I asked for more towels and blankets never received a response or any of the items. The water was cold showers the entire time. The pool was closed. No amenities no coffee half the plug ins did not work for charging

Summary: Their check in process remains irritating, although is better than past management, now 10:00pm vs 6:00. I checked in at 8:30, but I hadn't had time to visit the room before going to dinner; and then when I got to the room at 1030 it was occupied....the next next at 1030 my key didnt work...irritating but we got it fixed each night...
