Positive: The location was perfect . Cornelia our host was always on hand and very helpful in all aspects. As you see from my below comments some aspects of the villa we thought were lacking, however this is subject to personal expectations and levels of comfort , one is used to experiencing.
Negative: The property was tired, and really required attention. Many of the floor tiles and decking planks had exposed screw heads and broken tiles, small things, but one of our children cut one of their toes. The beds and pillows required replacing for new, and not all the time of our stay ,some cockroaches, paid us a visit. We also had a flood from one of the upstairs toilets which came through the ceiling. The pool was only cleaned once in our two week stay and as such the water discoloured , perhaps the filtration system was failing.
Summary: The villa provided us with a base near family who reside in the Bahamas. The position was excellent

Positive: Loved the fact it was right on the water with private access. The villa was large enough to accommodate our large party of 9 comfortably. Close to a grocery store.
Negative: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Keep in mind it is an older property and needs some work, but is was still a beautiful property.
Summary: This was a great place to stay and we would definitely rent it again.

Positive: The property was just right for the family…good size pool and outside area, walkway to the beach below, open living for everyone to enjoy even when making dinner.
Negative: The beds are pretty hard and the fridge was having a hard time staying cold but our host was responsive and sent someone out same day to try and fix it!
