Positive: It was a perfect fit for our family of 5! Very clean and the welcome box with dish and laundry detergents was very helpful and needed for first use since we did not bring those things.
Negative: I wish there was beach chairs/camp chairs, umbrella or something to bring to the beach instead of us having to buy those things and leave them.
Summary: Great location for accessing the beach and quiet at night.

Positive: It was a good stay. House was on a relatively quite street. With a good neighborhood around to walk. It was about .3 to .5 mile walk to the beach from the house. The house was clean and well kept. It has a cozy feel and is well maintained for a house originally build in the 60s or so it seemed. We enjoyed our time here.

Positive: Water front not visible from the house but the neighbourhood is quite. Relaxing silence. Beds are surprisingly comfortable. Towels, toilet paper, shampoo, hair conditioner and small soap bars are available. Dryer and washer available, with some detergent. Kitchen equipped with utensils and dishes.
Negative: The house was not clean. It is quite apparent that it is not accidentally done poor job by the housekeeping. That is accumulated for months dirt - the wodden floors have not seen mopping for an indefinite amount of time - you walk for a few steps on them without shoes, with light colored socks and they become black. Piles of dirt and lint under the living room couches. The kitchen sink is dirty, uncleaned. On top of one of the couches in the living room there was a piece of cut by nail clipper nail. The cushions of all the couches and chairs, both inside and outside are very old, very dirty and practically unusable. This is a 80 years old house with minimalistic renovations. There is not an aspirator fan in the bathrooms and one can't aerate there by opening the windows as they are the original 80 years old windows that have never been replaced, they are gummed, which prevents opening. All the windows of the whole house have not seen cleaning for years and you can't see through them. They give you a code to be punched to unlock the lock on the front door but the email instructions are unclear and incorrect, and your must text them and wait for new instructions before you can enter the house. We know that one gets what one pays for. Yet the house cleanliness is unacceptable, regardless of price. Finally the guests are unpleasantly surprised (only after paying the whole stay in advance on Booking.com) with the fact that the property is not managed by the owner but by a third party middle man - a company called Vacasa that has a poor customer service - they only communicate with you via texts, no call. Vacasa lists the house Booking.com.

Positive: The house was perfect for my family of 5. We had plenty of room. The house has a nice open floorplan. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We were visiting for a softball tournament, but were able to get some good beach time which was close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Negative: The living room couches could use a good cleaning and one looks like it’s molding under the cushions. The patio furniture could have had a bit cleaner cushions. Yes, I know it’s outside furniture but you can also take care of outside furniture and keep it nice.
Summary: we did enjoy our vacation and was glad to have a house not a hotel to stay in.
