Positive: Everything from the amazing room, so spacious and comfortable to the pool and of course the Capy's. They are well taken care of and their enclosure is great.

Negative: Cant pick anything, it was all great!

Positive: Absolutely stunning place, from the Capys to the Villa, this is a hidden gem! A must see, you will not be disappointed. Fabulous staff, everyone was so helpful, friendly and accommodating on every level, great wi-fi and food 10/10!!

Positive: Well obviously we stayed there because of the animals, which are super fun. But the staff was friendly, the pool was big and super clean, and the rooms were lovely. Had the best Thai massage of our trip at the spa. Restaurant is very good when you order off the menu for lunch or dinner, breakfast buffet was not good, coffee was awful.

Negative: We took a taxi out to the hotel from Chiang Mai, assuming we would be able to get around the area once we got there, either by taxi or renting a motorbike. But it’s very difficult to get around without your own transportation.

Summary: Unique and relaxing place to spend a couple nights, but have your own transportation.

Positive: Everything was very nice! The room was unbelievably beautiful and spacious with high ceiling!! The rainshower was amazing and so is the bath! The whole ambiance of this resort and the environment was peaceful and my husband and I enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The staff is very friendly and we enjoyed and loved the sweet animals very much! We recommend this resort 100% You will regret it if you don’t experience this!
