Positive: Inside Cara’s Cabin, it was clean and the furniture was comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit. The location is great- easy walk to 5 points and the stadium. The management company is very responsive.
Negative: It does look scary from the outside. It looks a lot like a shed. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the inside looks. However, the worst part to me was the overwhelming smell of mildew.
Summary: I was hoping to find a hidden gem in Athens, but this is not it unfortunately.

Positive: The property was nice. The bed was comfortable. The WiFi contrary to other descriptions was fast enough to stream.
Negative: I’m not sure the one ac unit is enough to keep up with the heat (and it wasn’t that hot - yet). The gravel driveway has a very low entrance so low riding cars like sedans may scrape their front or tail end coming in or out of the driveway. The driveway was also not well lit.

Positive: This is an adorable cozy cottage perfectly located exactly 2.0 miles from the UGA campus. For a couple, it’s the perfect size and very quaint. It was extremely quiet which was great! The living area was very spacious equipped with a very large TV to watch all the games on. The kitchen and appliances were nice and updated. The bedroom offered a large king size bed.
Negative: First recommendation is to install better lighting outside particularly at the steps and entrance. The cottage needed more thorough cleaning. The bedroom ceiling fan was covered in dust as well as the nightstands which I did clean. The bed linens didn’t seem cleaned as there was black particles on it coming from the blanket folded at the end. The baseboards throughout needed to be cleaned. Lastly, and I know it’s a cottage flat on the ground surrounded by some wooded areas, but you need to spray for various insects that found their way inside.
Summary: Cozy perfectly located cottage has amazing potential.

Positive: Very nice interior. Don’t let the outside fool you! Very comfortable bed. AC worked great. Booking.com says there is no WiFi but there actually was albeit slow. Beautiful quiet neighborhood with convenient location.
Negative: Kitchen is not equipped for a lot of cooking. I didn’t find this to be an issue but don’t plan to make a big meal there. It didn’t bother me but the squirrels start dropping hickory nuts on the roof —loudly— early in the morning lol.
Summary: A sweet little bungalow that was comfortable, clean, in a good location and a good price. I would stay here again.

Positive: This is a very comfortable cottage, with plenty of space for a couple, in a quiet neighbourhood. Its close enough to five points and the university to get around relatively easily
Negative: The fire alarm is incredibly sensitive. It went off when the toaster was on or when we lit a fire outside and some smoke got in as people moved in and out. It would also be nice to have a table to sit at. There is a table in the bedroom but no chair.
