Completely remodeled 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom condo just a few miles from OU campus in a gated and quiet community. This cozy condo features a huge flat screen TV with streaming and Roku channels, a fully loaded coffee bar and kitchen, and back door access to the pool, laundry room, and fitness room. The spacious bedroom has a king size bed, a walk-in closet, and blackout curtains for the best night’s sleep!
Pets
Traveling with pets can be tough! We understand how important it is to find a home that meets your needs for traveling with your pets without the stress! Bring your fur babies! We allow 2 potty-trained dogs up to 25lbs each. We respectfully ask that you clean up after bathroom breaks with the waste bags provided. The condos do require all pets to be leashed when outside on the property. The only other thing we ask is that you take care of our furniture with your pets so we can continue to be pet friendly.
WIFI & Streaming
Enjoy both! With up to 1280gb of WiFi a month on us (plus we already have you logged into a few streaming services on our account), you can relax and enjoy or get some work done if you please!
Pool, Laundry Room, & Fitness Room
The laundry room and fitness room are right out the back door of the condo, connected to the pool. The laundry room has multiple coin washers and dryers. We provide laundry soap and softener for your use!

Summary: Space was very clean, fully stocked with towels, soaps, toilet paper, paper towel, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, etc. Mia, the property manager, was so reachable and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. She was very kind and quick to respond. The condo was very comfortable and quiet with parking available right out front. Most importantly, I felt safe being there. I would stay there again and recommend to friends visiting Oklahoma.
