Negative: We arrived at 2.05 pm and the property hadn’t been serviced. Housekeeping arrived just after we did and stated that they thought it was a 3pm check in. Areas of property would benefit from a deep clean (window, fridge etc.). The property had a very strong curry and garlic aroma.

Summary: Nice accommodation and we enjoyed our stay overall 😊

Positive: Loved the location! We enjoyed the nearby restaurant/hotel that was recommended. We were very comfortable in this very clean, well supplied property! The beds were extra comfy and the view was great! We enjoyed being in the quiet country!

Negative: We loved everything! We did need some garage bags. We looked everywhere but never found any so we just used paper bags we had accumulated on our adventures.

Positive: Super handy location to Cardrona ski fields. Really lovely house, very warm and inviting. 2 min walk to Cardrona pub. Excellent laundry and dry room, perfect for sorting gear after being up the mountain.

Negative: Nothing to comment on the property, but the general store in the area is not great. Be sure to pick up supplies in Wanaka or Queenstown as the general store is more of a coffee cart/gift shop.
