Summary: This is a great house that is a 2 minute walk to the beach to the left and a 5 minute walk to a great swimming beach to the right. Enjoy the area and downtown Aguada is a few minutes away, Rincon and the different area surf spot are 10-15 minutes away. Understand this is someones house so don't go in expecting the Ritz and enjoy everything that is provided and that you are in a great location.

Summary: Pool and property was just as described. Check in Was easy. Missing a few essentials: big bathtub with jets, no way to plug it and actually use it, kitchen didn’t have any seasoning or foil and such.

Summary: The jacuzzi is located in a bathroom, not a common area. Only one bathroom had hot water. Even after letting the water run or as in the main bathroom, only turning on the hot water valve, the water never got warm. The pool was never really clean. The filter was run only a few hours in the morning and even though someone did come by at least twice to clean it, it still had a ton of bugs in it. My brother strained it several times before we used it each day. It would have been nice to know that there was no working AC in the main areas of the house(commom room, kitchen, dining room). We also felt that we were being watched. Some things were addressed without us voicing a concern. We realize the property is undergoing some repairs but it is not completely as advertised.

Summary: This was a lovely location for a low key ladies weekend. The house was just what we needed with the perfect mix of indoor and outdoor spaces and a dreamy pool. It had everything we needed and was so easy!
