Positive: The condo was perfect for our family to celebrate my son's 16th birthday! The kitchen was well stocked, as well as plenty of towels in each bathroom. The condo was very clean and comfy. My favorite was the 13th floor balcony view. It was amazing even if the weather was a little chilly and rainy.

Positive: We liked that it was clean and had enough room to accommodate our family.
Negative: We had an issue with the dryer not drying the clothes. I contacted them about it on our second day and it wasn't looked at all week. We resorted to spending a few hours at the local laundry mat just so we could have clean towels and wash rags. Very disappointing! My first contact was through text message. The person said they would have a maintenance guy come look at it. Never happened! Was lied to saying that the maintenance guy showed up and said the dryer was to close to the wall and wasn't allowing the air to vent out properly. And after I said nobody showed up then they retracted and said that they had that issue before and that was the problem. I pulled the dryer away from the wall and it still wouldn't heat up. I myself will not book with them again. I'd ask for a partial refund but I doubt it would get addressed. Very poor customer service if you have an issue. Also was told there was a noise complaint, was told excessive noise. Apparently people who don't want to be around kids complained. So if your taking the family I would look elsewhere.

Positive: Loved the large luggage carts and ramp. Made it very easy to load and unload. I loved that there are only 3 units per floor and 2 elevators, one on each side of the building. Love the trash chutes on each floor. Loved the glass balconies. Furnishings were very nice. Beds were comfortable. Starter pack of everything was nice. Beach chairs and toys were in the unit which was nice, especially since the beach service packs up too early. Location was good being the last in line of a cluster of condos but it is a bit of a stretch to walk to the pier. Pool and hot tub set up was nice. Loved this condo and would stay there again.
Negative: I didn't like having to go to the management office to get my packet to check in and get wrist bands and parking passes nor having to drop them back off when I checked out. I have never had to do this with any other rental. They've always been in the unit and you just left them there when you left. I didn't like the wind tunnel in the center of the building. The way it's designed, as soon as you step in that center section, the wind is hard on a normal day and when I was there, it was 35 mph winds going on, so it wouldn't nearly blow you down through that section. Beach chair rentals were not included and while there are beach chairs in the unit, they were not in good shape. I wish it was a corner unit but there were none available when I booked.
