Positive: Ready to please staff & the breakfast room were the best part of the stay. Nice morning pastry & very good coffee & a comfy Bed.
Negative: . Executive suite had no AC, Industrial laundry dryer exhaust but 6 steps from the sitting area. Charming furniture was more like broken furniture & the standing water in the morning shower. PS they should remove the piled up old furniture from the narrow space outside of the window next to the bed.

Positive: Charming. Nicely located.
Negative: Our room was kind of hot which isn’t typical of Carmel, but we were there in August. The sun beat down thru our front window. We were in Knotty Pine. As with many Carmel accommodations, this property is older. The grounds have many uneven pavers and it was a big step up to our room. Just be aware. With that said the room was very cute and well maintained.
Summary: It’s a great locations with walkability to all that Carmel has to offer.
