Positive: Great localisation - out of the city but still possible to go by foot to beach or markets. Orientation of Villa - pool was hole day in sunny side, terrace was build that you can choose stay on sun or hide in shadow still observing your kids playing in pool. Area outside where you can Just sit, drink wine, taking great views and listen to nature - not cars or city noise. Perfect contact with owner.

Negative: Not every bedroom have AC. Stairs may be challanging for People with even small movement dissabilities so you have to keep in mind that downstairs is only one double bedroom.

Summary: Perfect place to relax and rest out of city noises.

Positive: The location is perfect: very private and quiet, with stunning views all around (mountains behind, sea in front and surrounded by olive groves). We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the comfortable balcony. The decked pool area below is generously sized. A short drive to Agia Pelagia with beautiful beach and plenty of options to eat out. Only 20 minutes drive from Heraklion airport. Well provisioned mini supermarket in walking distance (steep hills).

Negative: There was nothing we didn’t like. The property was enough for us as a family of four (2 adults, 2 teenagers). Just a few things to know: The upstairs bedrooms are accessed by a narrow winding staircase and one bedroom is off another - not a problem for our teenagers. The kitchen is basic but is plenty enough for hot weather catering and we ate out most evenings. We hired a car for the week and would say this was essential. The property was one of very few available to us within our budget range for our needs. So, whilst there may be others with even better facilities, we would have needed to pay more -I feel we got what we paid for in comparison.

Positive: it is a quiet area a very good place to relax and calm down, From the villa you have a good view of sunset and sunrise. the owner is very friendly and helpful. we had a wonderful stay.

Negative: the pool and the view is a little different than in the pictures, it is still nice but some pictures need to be updated. the mattresses are very hard and with metal springs, its not cozy for people with more weight.

Positive: Lovely outdoor area with great view and plenty of space ! Very helpful the highchair and cot as an option! Clean place! Option to use washing machine ( tablets available). BBQ available too! Fully equipped kitchen.

Negative: Not very safe for kids ! Access on storage cabinets that's definitely not safe for kids ! Screws in the house on random places. Totally rusty cloth dry rack! And kitchen could be cleaner!
