With warm touches, such as the colorful quilts in the bedrooms and the solid wood dining room table with plenty of space for big dinners every night, you will feel right at home in this charming condo.
You will all want to gather in the great room to cook, read by the fire, dine at the huge table, and watch TV or movies. On a warm sunny day, enjoy a pitcher of iced tea while relaxing on the deck. The great room has a vaulted ceiling, gorgeous fireplace, and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony outside. The main floor also features a smartly-designed full kitchen and a conveniently located full bath. With the kitchen open to the dining and living rooms, the cook will never miss out on the action with a kitchen that opens right into the dining and living rooms. The balcony also features an electric BBQ.
All three bedrooms and another full bath are on the entry level. There are two queen bedrooms, one with its own television and access to an outdoor balcony. The master king bedroom also has a balcony and TV, and is attached to a full bath, which can also be accessed from the hall. Beautiful quilts and thoughtful decor will envelop you in every room.
On the upper level, the kids will love sleeping in the four trundle beds with cozy bedding. They will have fun playing in their own space, while being able to peer over the railing at their parents in the great room below. The loft can be their personal playroom for the whole trip, with a DVD player and TV, and lots of board games. Your entire group of up to ten people will have plenty of space where they can hang out, relax, or get a restful night sleep.
It will be a relief to know that the home also comes equipped with a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi for keeping in touch with friends back at home, and cable television.
Carnelian Woods has so much to offer that you will never run out of things to do. Kings Beach is just three miles up the road and Tahoe City is six miles the other direction, which means you will enjoy being at the center of it all. Skiing is not too far away either, with Alpine, Squaw, and Northstar Ski Resorts all within 12 miles! Crystal Bay, Nevada's historic casinos and nightlife, Incline Village, world-class restaurants, and the recreation center are all only a few miles from the condo.
