Positive: This beautiful hotel with stunning views on the Swiss border met all our expectations and more. Our group consisted of 7 people. After settling into our rooms, our stomachs started to feel empty. Since we didn’t have a reservation for dinner, it was difficult to find a place to eat, as it was Saturday and Easter. But just when you feel like what’s next, the hotel team offered us the opportunity to have dinner in the hotel lounge. It was great. Our server VIVI was very professional with a great sense of humor and didn’t give in to anything, and we felt like we were in a VIP room. Many thanks for this wonderful attention and such a warm experience. Best of luck to your hotel
