Summary: We were looking for a place outside the city to see the leaves but still close enough to explore Chattanooga and this place was perfect. Chatt was about 40 min south and Fall Creek Falls was 40 mins north. Dunlap itself is a small town with a few restaurants and a walmart. The house was great and the beds were comfy. It was stocked with everything we needed. I will say the living room is pretty small. We were traveling with a baby and 3 year old so spend some time at the house for nap time - and seating was a little cramped. But it all worked out! The land itself is amazing. The home is surround by cattle and rolling hills. Couldn’t have asked for a better fall getaway location.

Summary: This beautifully decorated farmhouse, sitting upon a hill overlooking the gorgeous countryside, provided the relaxing environment we were looking for after enjoying the festivities of a family reunion. Loved sitting on the porch with coffee in the morning, and wine in the evening. The home was clean and comfortable, and our host was quick to help with any questions we had. Would highly recommend this gem in the country.!,
