Positive: Friendly staff. Nice English breakfast. Quiet location
Negative: Bit difficult to find using SatNav. It kept sending me back over the Menai Bridge. So watch out for that. Everything very clean except light switches in room and visible pipework in bathroom. Just some small cosmetic repair work also needed here and there.

Negative: When we arrived we booked for 2 double rooms were given 1 double room and a twin room as they had sold all but 1 double, despite us booking 2. Quite dated especially the bathrooms one of the rooms had a large black patch on the floor in the bathroom the other had torn carpet next to the bed. Was very dimly lit even with all the lights on.
