Positive: It had activities for the kids keeping them busy which was great and it was in a great location with lots of stores around the hotel with Dutch wonderland next door
Negative: I didn’t like that u had to go outside in the cold to get to the indoor pool and had to come back outside to get to ur room when ur soaking wet that was not good
Summary: It was good hotel for kids but must do better with the indoor pool

Positive: We stayed on New Year’s Eve 2025 into 2026. It was the last night as Cartoon Network Hotel. We wanted to go one last time for our older kids and introduce our younger kids. They accommodated our requests for adjoining rooms and at least one be adventure time themed. We will miss the branding and all that made it Cartoon Network. It was nice to learn that most of the staff will stay on after the rebranding and we look forward to staying again. The hotel manager was particularly kind when I asked about the upcoming changes when I checked out. When I checked in, I also overheard his interaction with a guest who was having an issue with her name with an Expedia reservation. And I have to say he handled the situation professionally and with kindness. All of the staff made the New Year’s party a lot of fun for the kiddos. Thank you to all the staff!
Negative: I wish the pool was connected inside and there was more consistent coverage for lifeguards so the pool didn’t have to close every 45 minutes.
Summary: Lots of fun memories and great time to ring in the new year.

Positive: The room was comfortable.
Negative: At first, we thought it was much better that the children's games weren't free, as they should be, since you're paying for the hotel and the food. I thought it was expensive, and the recreation facilities are too poor. There should be more activities for children. The indoor pool is very small, and I think it's wrong that children aren't allowed in the jacuzzi when the large pool is too cold and the children are cold. There should be more things for children in the rooms , not just murals and cushions with drawings on them.
