Summary: The breakfast was great and the restaurant staff were excellent. However, our room wireless stopped working on day 2 of 4 and was never fixed. I asked for a different room. Nope. I asked for compensation and they offered a $5 bottle of wine in day 3. I had to work while there so it meant going to the lobby every time I had to do any work or check an email. They said they called someone to fix it but it wouldn’t be fixed in time. They should have offered us a new room as it was only our room affected.

Summary: Nice location next to Do Dona beach. Free parking just outside the hotel. The trail leading to ponta da piedade is also right in front of the hotel. Compact room with balcony. Only the door is not soundproof. We hear a lot of noise at night. To get to the city center is 15 minutes by walk or 5 minutes drive.
