Summary: This was our 3rd Casa 1800 that we stayed at while visiting El Salvador. It was the nicest of the three. Beautiful courtyard and restaurant with view if the lake. All 3 properties provided world class bedding which we really appreciated. This property did not provide water bottles like the others, but had water dispensers and glasses in the hallway, which was fine. As with the others, there was a coffee machine and coffee provided, but no refrigerator in the room. Menus and included breakfast are standard and common throughout all properties, but can become repetitive. Except for 1st location, food was pretty good. So quality & service does vary depending on staff & location. There is obviously an issue with birds here, though. Early in the morning we were awakened by blasts (to scare the birds away). Nonetheless, we still had a bird pecking at our bathroom window early each morning - enough to wake us up.

Summary: It’s such a beautiful property, the rooms were lovely and the staff were amazing. Highly recommend for anyone heading to Suchitoto. So many small details added to the experience and the food was excellent. Can’t say enough good things about it!

Summary: The hotel could do with more comfortable seating areas to relax in. The showers are not good (takes ages to get hot water which therefore wastes a lot of water). The dinner menu could be better.

Summary: Liked the garden setting with restaurant, swings and beautiful view of Lake Suchitlan. Although small, the room was functional and clean. The standout was the staff - they were very helpful answering questions, calling tuk-tuks and assisting with luggage, etc. Would stay here again.

Summary: Excellent service room was clean with comfortable bed! Slept like a baby The food was great the pupusas and yuca were the best I ever had! Definitely recommended! The view from the restaurant over looking the lake it’s amazing! We got to see a pretty orange bird and a huge garrobo on a tree a tropical lizard native in El Salvador
