Positive: The location is top, on foot it's less than 5 minutes away from the nearest beach, about 5 minutes away from a great supermarket (Tigre), sea view from the windows, nice and clean area. The place is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with all necessities. The host is wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place for families.
Negative: During our stay the A/C unit, on the bedrooms side, started having some malfunction, but the host was very helpful in finding a temporary solution by dropping off a new fan. We appreciated her immediate response. Other than that, her place is amazing!

Positive: Great location, very comfortable apartment, great kitchenware, nice host. Very spacious apartment for a family of two and a workation trip.
Negative: I'd suggest installing the moscito nets on the windows, as it's impossible to open the windows in the evening.

Positive: Everything was great. Big apartment, clean and with sea view. Close to bus station, supermarket. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Coffee shop and restaurants also very close. We strongly recommend it, and we surely come back.

Positive: It was a very clean and practical flat that we booked. We wanted something that was not very expensive but accommodating. The flat exceeded our expectations! There are 2 rooms, so it's really possible to stay there for 2 couples or a big family of 4-5 people. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable.. Maid service!! A battle of water and Rafaello sweets as a welcome gift, oil, salt, and pepper, sugar and coffee - all the things we would normally buy when arriving at a self-catering apartment. Warmly received! And the first day was kindly agreed to check in earlier - thank you! We had a morning flight and the owner agreed to come much earlier. It was really a pleasure 🤗🙌 The seaside is really close, just 3-5 min across the road ⛱️ many nice places to eat, gelaterias with tasty ice cream! There are two bikes for free and we spent miles riding the coast!! That was a really great option. The big supermarkets on nearby so you can buy all necessary things and food. All the kitchenary are there - frying pans, saucepans, a great oven and a huge stove 👍 everything worked perfectly! This is our first visit to Italy and Pescara has left the best warm memories!!
