Positive: The room and the kitchen were clean. The bed was comfortable. The hostess is very friendly and helpful.

Negative: It was cold in the room. Wi-Fi works only in the kitchen.

Positive: The guest house was kept spotless, as clean as it can be by the cleaning woman, Sandra, who lives there as well. The town of Teror is really lovely and quiet at night. It is the most lovely town on the island I think! The owner Manuel is really nice and visits the property from time to time to make improvements. Right now he is working on installing some internet repeater mesh units to extend the internet coverage to the first floor because now there is only coverage for the rooms on the second floor. The internet speed on the second floor is super super fast!

Negative: The hostel is a bit noisy during the day being near a kind of busy one lane street. My only real complaint is that the owner advertises the property as a smoke free property, but lets the housekeeper and guests smoke on the terrace! The terrace is on the second floor next to the main kitchen and usually the smokers forget to close the kitchen door to the terrace and the smoke comes into the house and smells up the hallways. Also it isn't fair for the non smokers who want to enjoy sitting on the terrace too without having to breathe in second hand carcinogenic toxic disgusting cigarette smoke! The owner is a non smoker and is reconsidering his policy of letting people smoke on the terrace. Since he advertises it as a non smoking property, the terrace is part of the property and smoking should therefore be banned as well. I hope he decides to make the right decision to protect people from deadly smoke!

Positive: There's a roof, bed is comfortable

Negative: No wifi available in 1st floor, only 2nd floor, and my room is on the 1st... Super thin wall, can hear everything and it's right next to the street, so lots of noise, from either outside the building or inside Very cold in the room, blankets are too thin
