6 Bedroom Villa in Casa de Campo, La Romana

Free flowing open air villa design with three buildings surrounding a large pool, jacuzzi (not heated/ infinity design) and expansive deck - ideal for golfers, sun seekers and sports enthusiasts or those looking to relax in a very private setting. Centrally located villa in the heart of Casa de Campo. The staff can and will prepare both breakfast and lunch daily at the request of the renter (renter provides food). They also will do your personal laundry daily as part of our service. Free high speed WiFi.
The villa has a very paradise, tropical, and Dominican-style feel with American touches on furniture and decor. Brand new renovation completed July 2021 & again June 2023. Chef’s kitchen equipped with commercial, state-of-the-art appliances, including 10-burner vulcan stove, coffee station, sous chef prep area, walk-in dry storage and pantries, as well as commercial sized refrigerator/freezer.
The villa is set up into 3 distinguished separate buildings. Each bedroom and both living rooms are air conditioned with split units. All bedrooms have electronic black out curtains. The entry encompasses the kitchen, enclosed and air-conditioned main living area, covered/outdoor main dining area, and brand-new additional master bedroom with 1 king bed and full bathroom with outdoor shower. Behind the kitchen is attached full maid’s quarters with bedroom, bathroom, laundry/dryer, and full kitchen.
Across the expansive pool deck, you will find a separate building to the left that houses the master suite: included in this space is a private living space with TV, books, and sitting/lounge area, a private office with attached half bathroom, and master bedroom with 1 king bed. Off the master bedroom is a private en-suite bathroom with walk-in closet and outdoor shower with 2 shower heads and one bathtub.
In the third building to the right side of the pool deck, there are 4 bedrooms. The upstairs bedrooms each have 1 king bed and attached en-suite bathrooms with outdoor showers. The downstairs bedrooms have 2 king and 2 queen beds, respectively, with private closets and 1 shared bathroom with dual vanity setups on either side of the sink countertops. There is a lounge area in one of the bedrooms with TV and couch.
Off to the left of the main enclosed and air-conditioned living room is a brand-new outdoor BBQ grilling station with outdoor seating and sun sail covering. Outdoor dining and pool deck surrounded by palm trees for extra privacy. Main living room and dining area overlook and open to the pool deck and expansive backyard with hammock. Two-minute walk on the path to the La Romana Country Club, less than five-minute golf cart ride to Playa Minitas and Beach Club (also walkable distance). Complete access to all resort facilities and a well-stocked grocery and liquor store in the Marina. Centrally located in the heart of Casa de Campo (see map).
4 full time staff members, 8am-4pm. 2 housekeepers, 1 cook, and 1 butler. Part time gardener as well. All are available for daily personal laundry, meal prep and serve, bartending services, gardening, villa maintenance, etc. Preparation of both breakfast and lunch included as part of the basic service (renter supplies food), with dinner service available at additional cost (USD$40 for their taxi home after employee transportation ends). Babysitting recommendations available at request (subject to additional fees).
This villa is completely stocked with everything you need for the perfect vacation: linens, towels, soap, detergent and all kitchen supplies. Renters are responsible for their own food and beverage; however, we can do grocery shopping for you in advance if you supply a list and a budget.
15+ years of personal rental experience here and 30+ years of visiting Casa de Campo and we have never had a guest who left unimpressed or unwilling to return, as many do! We host several other properties inside of Casa de Campo and are here to assist you in any way. Golf cart reservations available upon request as well as airport transportation. Not included is a $25 resort fee per adult per day charged by Casa de Campo for use of amenities (see attached photo in the listing photos for detailed description).

Summary: Our stay at Casa Bailey was phenomenal. From the very beginning, the host, Micaela, was very friendly, responsive, and beyond helpful. My husband and I were getting married in Casa de Campo and had a lot of questions and hurdles. Micaela and her staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and heard during such a precious (and hectic) moment in our lives. There was also a glitch within Vrbo's booking process and Micaela made sure our reservation was honored and secured, and handled all of my questions with grace. Now that we have returned and things have settled, we have nothing but relaxing and amazing memories from Casa Bailey. When we weren't relaxing by the pool with our loved ones, we were grooving and having a ball at Onno's Bar in Altos de Chavon. Everything was beautiful, but the cherry on top was the allowance of pets; our little fur baby was part of the wedding and loved his stay as much as we did. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your property for such a special time in our lives :)

Summary: Definitely a must!! House is even prettier than in the pictures! We stayed at Casa Bailey for my bachelorette weekend and had such an amazing time. The staff is super friendly, and helpful. They cooked us breakfast everyday and dinner one night upon my request. I would 100% recommend and hope to be able to stay at this amazing property again.

Summary: Our family of 10 stayed at Casa Bailey for a week enjoying this outstanding property’s amenities, excellent staff, impressive golf course (carts available), wonderful close by restaurants (ate at reasonable and delicious Onno’s twice, also loved Minitas Beach, La Castia, and SBG). Rent golf carts from Abraham and use reliable Jerucas for taxi service. Will happily return.

Summary: We had the most amazing time at Casa Bailey. The property is absolutely gorgeous and has so much room for a large group of all ages. The separate buildings and bedrooms are spacious and allow privacy while the common areas are beautiful and comfortable. The large yard allowed for yoga in the mornings and many, many games of football in the afternoons. The coconuts from trees on the property were loved by the kids after their games. Micaela and Nathan were very prompt to respond to questions/requests and all of the staff on the property and outsourced staff could not have been more accommodating and professional. We had absolutely no issues at all and had the best time celebrating our grandmother's 80th birthday. Per the Bailey's recommendation, Chef Ruben catered the birthday dinner and the food was absolutely incredible. The breakfasts and lunch catered by the staff were so, so amazing. The classic Dominican breakfast cannot be beat! Casa de Campo is truly an amazing resort and the experiences cannot be beat. We needed way more time to explore all that there is to offer! Thank you guys SO much for hosting such a lovely trip and we cannot wait to come back!!
