Positive: Casa Bamboo was an incredible experience. The neighborhood is quiet but in walking distance to anything we needed, from small family produce stores to an amazing international gourmet supermarket, from fine restaurants to Mexican traditional street food. All within a short walk. The house itself is a dream. It is absolutely beautiful. The furnishings are extremely aesthetic yet cozy. The layout allows for relaxed common spaces and also privacy. There are several outdoor options, organized with a beautiful and well-cared garden areas. These spaces are all visible from the interior with large windows,. Each evening we sat in the roof garden with a lovely view of spectacular sunsets over the small colonial town. We even caught a firework display! We found everything we needed to prepare even complicated meals. The kitchen is very well-equipped and organized. The hosts obviously tried to imagine a variety of guests and their needs. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens of notable quality. The house was immaculately clean. (There was a small hiccup with the third floor shower and the management team responded immediately.) We are sure to return sooner rather than later.
