Fresh, clean and cozy, this recently updated 1 bedroom 1 bath condo/apartment is located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and 7 miles of sugar sand beach. The décor is contemporary beach casual and is perfect for 2 people. This popular second floor unit features a balcony off the living room and a bedroom suite with a Queen bed and a memory foam mattress. The well-equipped kitchen features new stainless-steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, a pantry and ample cookware. The bedroom and living area are equipped with Smart TV’s and upgraded StarLink internet/Wi-FI is included. A propane BBQ grill is provided for your use during your stay with a patio table and chairs in the shared outdoor grilling area. "Free" unassigned parking, complimentary use of laundry facilities including detergent is also available for our guests. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler are also provided.
For access and for your security you will be assigned a unique 4-digit access code for the digital locks prior to arrival.
Casa Bella is located mid-island on the corner of Avenida Pescadora and Estero Boulevard directly across the street from the beach. Public beach access is a 3-minute walk south on Dakota Ave or community access is diagonally (south) across Estero Blvd. The popular Island Trolly services the length of the island if you prefer not to drive. The Trolley schedule is available online.
Other things to note: It’s a short walk to a Publix grocery store approximately 1/4 mile away. Junkanoo’s and the Fresh Catch restaurants, popular destinations for casual and fine dining are also located on the bay behind Publix.
To get you started we provide 2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, as well as a small bottle of shampoo and conditioner, a roll of hand towels, a bottle of liquid dish detergent, dishwasher pods, and scouring pads.
For your safety we recommend footwear be worn at all times while on our property and protective beach shoes are recommended while on the beach and swimming in the Gulf of Mexico.

Summary: We had the best time at Casa Bella! We loved the proximity to the beach and the quiet neighborhood (even though it’s on a main road) with access to public trolley. There are beach chairs and umbrellas for a day here or at other beaches in Sanibal or Bonita Springs. We hope to return sometime soon!

Summary: Kim responded to any issues very quickly, the property was clean and looked just like listing. The location was a bit far from the main shops and restaurants if you don’t have a car but we Ubered back and forth just fine. Overall very relaxing stay!

Summary: Everything was perfect! I loved the apartment, it had everything I needed for a 2-3 week stay. The bed was so comfortable! The couch was comfortable for lounging and watching endless movies when it's raining outside! Location is a mere .3 miles to the Publix grocery store which has just about anything you could need. The trolly can take you up to Times Square where there a several open restaurants and live entertainment available. I wouldn't drive to Times Square because parking is not ideal and expensive so either Uber or Trolly is the best way to go. Communication with Kim and Phil Wasson was excellent! I couldn't have asked for any better. The only thing I could have found useful would be a Luggage Rack to put my suitcase on. I never like to set my suitcase on the bed which lots of people do but I think it's very unsanitary. And I don't like leaving my suitcase on the floor when I'm practically living out of it while I'm on vacation. So, yes, a luggage rack would be awesome. And perhaps a lightweight stick vacuum cleaner for the hardwood type floor to go over every couple of days. The floor seems to collect lots of dust/hair. Any sand/dirt from shoes was easily swept up with the broom. I had a beautiful stay and I will be back for sure! Highly recommended ! Thank you Kim and Phil!

Summary: Fantastic place to stay in FMB! The place was very clean and nice. I love the balcony view of the water, great for watching sun set. This place was very user friendly from kitchen utensils to chairs and umbrella for the beach and shower with great water pressure! The host was amazing, super helpful and very nice! 5 STARS FROM ME!!!

Summary: Very nice property, easy to feel at home. Spacious, safe, nicely decorated and furnished. Property manager communication was excellent. Since there is a unit above this one you can hear footsteps overhead at times. It didn't bother us at all but something to keep in mind if that bothers you. We would definately stay here again.

Summary: Cute little condo just a few minutes walk from the beach. It's mid-island with quiet, family- oriented surroundings on the beach. We felt very safe walking anytime of the day. Kim, the owner was very attentive and checked in with us a few times.
