Positive: Yves was incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially when it came to arranging activities around Granada. He prepares a great breakfast and genuinely goes out of his way to ensure you have a wonderful stay. The staff are all very friendly, and the property itself feels like a true oasis in the middle of Granada. Would 100% recommend staying here.

Positive: The breakfast was really good. We were served three courses; eggs with veggies, crepes, and assorted fresh fruit. The crepes came with homemade jams and local honey. This was more of a French meal than a Nicaraguan meal since the owner is French. We enjoyed it very much. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The pool was also very nice. The house was very quiet since it only has 4 rooms, so we were able to sleep for about 10 hours straight with no interruptions (we were very tired after a long flight and drive from the airport). The house is right in town, so there are plenty of places to eat and explore nearby.
Negative: The place was a little hard to find initially since there are not many street signs. There is also a garage to keep your car if you drove like us (we had a rental); however, it is detached from the main guest house and the owner needs to open it for you every time you need to enter or leave.

Positive: Yves is the consummate host - not just of his beautiful home, but for anything you might need in Granada (recommendations, private driver). Really enjoyed a three course breakfast. We appreciated such a comfortable stay after a week on Ometepe and before flying back home. I will absolutely stay here again if I find myself back in Granada.

Positive: The care to the house is excellent. Yves is a great, caring host, very hands on. My wife is disabled and cannot walk very well, all staff and Yves helped her walk around, up and down stairs. If you want to relax, feel safe and well cared for, this is the place.
Negative: Everything was great, I can't of anything.
Summary: After a day of touring Granada and/or surrounding towns, Casa Bubu feels like home, very relaxing.
