Positive: Great location, size, facilities and views; felt like a big home

Negative: As usual in the Azores with the damp climate, a lot of the nice old properties suffer from mould though in this one not visible and it was clearly being managed; I am more sensitive than most to it and it did still affect the quality of my sleep. I still had a good stay.

Positive: Nice, big and well funrished house with a great view of the ocean and Capelinos volcan. Despite road proximity it's super quiet. External space is beautiful, we always had breakfasts and dinners outside.

Negative: We suggest to fix a bit better kid's games area on the uppur part of the garden.

Summary: We definitely reccomend this place.
