Summary: Great place to stay during a trip to the area, buss connection to the train station for backpackers. Clean place, kitchen with appliances and utensil available for use, a few areas for resting in and outside the building. Just not sure about the Internet connection - my laptop was not able to find the username, however in other places before and after, it was ok. to solve the problem the host let me use their own laptop to check a ticket. Because of an allergy I sometimes also have a problem with artificial scents and strongly smelling detergents used for freshly washed linen.

Summary: its someone's house, the place was safe, and the guy was pretty nice. we arrived very late and he stayed up for us and checked us in. The bathroom was shared between 3 rooms on the floor we stayed at but it was nice. Cheap and convenient.
