Positive: Spectacular views of St. John's and the BVI. Sunrise at this home reminds you why you really want to be alive. Sunrise plus coffee takes you closer to heaven.
Negative: The roads. The roads. The roads. St. Thomas needs to take a look at its roads and decide which one it will take care of and which one it will not. Right now, they are all awful. Getting to casa cielo can turn your rental car into a tricycle.
Summary: Invigorating. A chance to reset. Everything will be ok.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Casa Cielo. Our flight got in late and Michael reached out to ensure that we found the house as night had fallen. The view is amazing and the house has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was a slight issue with the pump one day and it was wonderful to see how Michael and his family worked together to ensure that we were not affected. Having a car is definitely recommended as it’s on a mountain but the beautiful Magens Bay is just 15 minutes away by car. We had a great visit. Thanks Michael and family!

Positive: Amazing accommodations! Beautiful views,large patio, very comfortable furnishings, well maintained, and nice kitchen with many appliances and utensils. It is a bit of a ways from the beaches, but the peace and quiet of this magnificent home well out way the drive. Very comfortable for our party of five!

Positive: Booking has the location wrong! We originally wanted to stay near the beaches so based on the map Booking had we booked this property. Then when the host sent me the location and while I was driving I was concerned this was way too far from the beach. Then when we walked to the front of the house and it was like “Oh My Goodness!!!” The view was nothing like I have ever seen! Of all the places in the world we have been to (and it’s a lot) this was the best location ever! Sure it was the furthest from the beach, but being on the highest point on the island you are literally in the middle of all points. I should have read more reviews in depth but perhaps the surprise of the view was worth it. We booked the 2 bedroom unit which is located under the main unit. Both units probably have the same view but I couldn’t tell if the upper unit was any better. The beds were comfortable, and we were 5 adults, two in the master bedroom and three in the ‘kids’ room, each of those adults had their own twin bed. The kitchen could have been better equipped, like cutting boards, more plate settings and coffee mugs but we managed. I would definitely recommend this place and book it again if I returned to the island.
Negative: The only issues were minor and didn’t make the stay and leas than it could have been. I would say the sliding screen was a pain to use and the kitchen could have more equipment… but prepping the food with a million dollar view was the best part.

Positive: Location, location, location. A beautiful home. Did I mention the location. Amenities were great as well. As an Islander returning after many years it was the perfect location between, Sibs, Magens Bay and Hull Bay.
Negative: Not much to not like.
Summary: Would stay there again and again. Mike is a great hosts.

Positive: Casa Cielo was clean, roomy and beautiful. It had everything we needed to cook meals in the kitchen, which was so convenient. The absolute best feature for our family was the incredible balcony with a view of Magen's Bay. We loved sitting at the table and looking out at the amazing scenery. I even saw two iguanas in the trees that I began looking for each day. It was very nice to have a washer & dryer too!
Negative: We had some trouble mapping the address from the airport. However, I called Mike and left a message. He was so quick & responsive. Once we knew it was near the Mountain Top Banana Daquiri location, that helped us get to the right area.
Summary: Home away from home in St. Thomas! Great option for a family with young adults!!
