Summary: Kathy is a great host! The house is well furnished with lots of extras. The coffee bar was a plus. She thought of everything, down to the hangers! Thanks Kathy....we had a wonderful stay.

Summary: Met the owners, very nice people. They left lots of stuff in the house for us to enjoy like water, dressings coffee, sugar,charcoal for the grill and more... Very nice place, excellent location. We recommend to stay here, you'll be happy

Summary: We had a delightful stay at this VRBO rental. The house seems amazingly large considering the square footage. Cute decorations, very comfortable. The host has provided lots of amenities for guests - nice touch. Nicely designed backyard which we didn’t use. Access to the property is a bit challenging with an uneven gravel driveway at the side of the house and stairs up to the front door. Driveway too narrow for packing/unpacking a mid-size SUV. Lighting was limited on the driveway area. Potential renters might want to take a good look at the access situation and ask some questions if of concern. Otherwise we loved our stay and the host was very responsive and easy to work with.

Summary: The home was quite nice, with all the amenities we needed. It was nicely renovated and very cute decor. The patio with the wireless speakers were a good addition. It was right down the street from Waterfront Park which was our reason for coming to Clermont, making it accessible for our needs.
