Negative: We had to call to host with help in translation and wait The second bathroom on the second floor is in masters bedroom and it’s not comfortable for large company Difficult to find. No signs at the street

Positive: New spacious house with high ceiling and what you see in photos is what you get at the accommodation. Big kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. House rating would definitely score rating 9.5/10 as house is beautiful. Host has a very quick reply via email but the number given on booking.com is not the number you use to call on arrival ( must call a different number)
Negative: Hot tub not available for use yet. No kitchen dishwashing soap so please get some of your own prior check in. We got complete water supply cut off in the middle of shower on our last night of stay ( not sure why). Understandably it was late 10pm so host was asleep and we don’t expect a reply so late via email. Contacted the special number in the morning in which someone came and turn on the tap to water supply the reserve tank. We did not have any water supply that morning either as it would have taken a long time to refill the tank. Hence unfortunately we couldnt brush our teeth or use the toilet the morning before checking out. Sadly we also had to leave the dishes unwashed as there was zero water supply to house. The internet completely got cut off on 3rd night stay which I am not sure why and the heater at home ran out of fuel ( on machine it came up as no fuel) so the last morning prior checking out was freezing cold too. Advice is probably to bring some of our own fuel for heater prior to checking in. Hot water shower while water supply is intact was also a struggle. Hot water comes in and out and needs tedious adjustment before you get a steady supply. Advise is quickly shower important body parts before hot water goes off. Advertised 5 beds but only 3 beds were done with linen and sheets covered upon checking in but we are happy to compromise with 2 people sleeping on a bigger bed and the other 2 on the individual bed. Overall help was there when we ask but due to multiple inconvenience experienced multiple times during our short 3 night stay we think there is certainly capacity for improvement and we are sure host will fix the defects for best comfort of the next people staying.
