Positive: The apartment has a mesmerizing view of Ascona, the lake, mountains, palm trees. It's spectacular and by far the best view we have had from a window. And you can admire it from almost every room, as well as the terrace. The place is clean, spacious, has good heating and air-conditioning, and is comfortable for 5-6 people. Center city is 10-min walking distance (using stairs with a spectacular view), or a 1-min drive.

Negative: A new washing machine would be helpful, as the current one does not work very well.
