Summary: Great apartment on a busy street, nice balcony overlooking the lake. Lovely shower and good beds Unnoticeable. Only the extras leave much to be desired. There were 2 bottles of water in the fridge. We had 1 large and 1 small towel per person for 7 days. For the rest you have to bring everything yourself. There was a toilet roll from the previous tenant. Was this up, there was no reserve.

Summary: The Apartment itself is very nice and modern with a huge balcony. For us it was just not in the right location as we found it too far to travel to other places on the lake from there. A few things to notice were that there is no oven and we would have found a dish drying rack to be handy as we don't always use a dishwasher for just a few dishes. No hand soap or anything else supplied in the apartment. The pillows definitely need replacing. They were old and very uncomfortable.

Summary: We had a perfect stay in the apartment. Unfortunately we had terrible weather, rain almost every day. Thanks to the cosy perfectly equipped apartment we still had an amazing holiday.

Summary: 1. The apartment is bright, full of light, cozy and fully equipped. We stayed there almost 3 weeks and felt absolutely comfortable. From the window you can see mountains and from balcony (almost terrace) you can see the lake 2. Location is absolutely convenient, it takes about 5 minutes to get to the shore and the main promenade. Also it takes about 5 minutes to get to the cafe of the owner, so it's always easy to keep in touch. The ferry and train station are about 8-10 minutes walk, so you can easily explore amazing lake Como and go to Varenna, Bellagio, Tremezzo and other places. Colico has all necessary shops, you can buy medicine, fresh fruits, prosciutto, cheese etc. Also in 5 km there is big shopping center with supermarket if needed 3. And of course I can't forget about the owner. Susan and her family - Cesario, Evelyn, Erica are very friendly, responsive, agreeable people. They made our stay absolutely comfortable and pleasant. I hope that some day we'll stay here again.
