Positive: Everything! The house is a little paradise! And Maia is such a lovely village to stay on the Island. It has not many but VERY nice restaurants and also the natural pools which are around the corner, are a dream! The Fruteria directly next to the house offers all groceries you need :) Maia is very central so it is a good starting point to all directions. The host and everyone there were very kind :)

Positive: Beautiful home in a great location, quiet and close to everything. Super clean and comfortable, has all the necessities and more. The host was absolutely amazing, we truly felt very welcomed. She was very helpful and extremely generous, the welcome basket was enough for a feast! It was our first time on the island and we fell in love with it and its people. We'll certainly be back!

Positive: The highlight for us was definitely the pool, which had salt water in it, instead of the usual chlorinated water. We could copy paste almost all the posts that have been written before about this accommodation, because we had exactly the same fantastic experience with the very friendly and generous Diana and our vacation was a dream. And Maia is a great small town!

Positive: Diana made our stay absolutely perfect. The apartment was even better than it looked in photos. It had everything we could possibly want or need. Maia was a great town to stay in to explore Sao Miguel while being in a more relaxed area. Thank you for a perfect stay!

Positive: We liked everything about the house and the host! Diana was so helpful with suggestions for places to visit and restaurants to go to! We were met at the house with enough food, wine, fruit, bread to last us through multiple lunches and breakfasts. Not to mention the fresh bread available every morning! The first night we had some trouble getting the induction stovetop to work (I think it was just that we didn't know how to use it and it had a lot of safety features). Within a 1/2 hour Diana was there with a new top and her husband and the local electrician to install! All on a Sunday night! We had the best vacation and cant wait to come back, and hope to stay here again! Thank you to Diana, her family and Marta for being so kind!!

Negative: Everything was perfect! We were here a week and wish we could have stayed longer.

Positive: Everything was great: the host Diana was super friendly and welcoming, the property is modern, stylish and clean, everything we need and even more was there. Nearby (1 min walk) is Atlantic ocean. To be honest I don’t remember such a great place to stay for a holiday in all aspects. Diana did everything to make us feel like at home. Many thanks for additional pleasant presents and surprises!)
