Positive: This is a 3 bedroom house in a gated community. It has everything you need as a traveler. We had stayed at hotels for 3 weeks in this trip and needed a bit more space to relax. Ferdinand's place fitted the bill perfectly. Good AC, enough kitchen utensils. It was very easy to reach Ferdinand when we needed. We would stay there again.
Negative: It is a bit away from restaurant and etc but that's why it is quiet and relaxed.

Positive: The house is comfortable and spacious, especially when traveling with a large family. The host is nice, and before arrival, he sent me a lot of information about things to do around Playa Del Carmen.
Negative: The smell of dampness bothers you from the moment you enter the house. The bathrooms have mildew, and in 1 bathroom, the walls have fungus. The cleaning in general is not the best. Sheets and pillowcases need to be replaced, some were well worn, and others were ripped.
